RETURNS

ARCHIVE SALE: All purchases made from Archive Sale are final. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.

Local Pattern has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to our studio for a refund or exchange.

Any claim regarding the delivery of product(s) must be submitted in 14 days following receipt of the product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.). The refund will never include the return shipping costs (we will discount the return shipment costs in the refund):

Any parcel returned after the prescribed time frame shall be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of product(s) are borne by the sender.

EXCHANGES

If you are interested in a different colour, size or style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at localpattern.com

Remember that the refund will never include shipping costs if your purchase is outside the European Union.

HOW TO START A RETURN/ REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Send an email request for the return to customerservice@localpattern.com no later than 14 days from the date you received the order, letting us know the order number and reason for the return.

In order for the customer service to accept the return, the product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories.

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return information 

label.

  • make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.

If you have requested a refund, it will be processed as soon as we receive the order back in our studio discounting the return shipment price.

RISK OF LOSS

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Local Pattern. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Local Pattern delivers these items to the carrier.
